If we analyzed the history that has taken to the present situation of crisis, we see two great guilty:
- The avarice of much people, but in this case of the banking managers, that with pressure caused that their commercial networks sold of everything, although would not be believed it. If a Head of Zone calls twice to the day to his directors to see whatever they have sold and if it is not sufficient they despise it/threaten/insult that commercial one will sell what is to that is. Translation I give bad operations because of good the encounter and what they do not ask to me is that sells. The managers of promoters and constructors have not remained short either.
- The legislation it has allowed that occurs mortgages to 50 years, by more of the 100% of noun. The grounds have been recalificado as the foam, just as the prices.
But the important thing is not the guilty, but what it is becoming until now.
Nothing has been made solve the first problem. In fact, according to our information, it has been the other way around, the pressure to the commercial networks has increased, to recover weak people, to catch money,… If that excessive pressure did not work before, because it is going to work now.
I would like to see whichever desire a banking office, and whatever represents the pay of the employees of that office. If somebody makes you make money, you do not have to press it until the limit so that it makes you gain more (because it can make you lose money). Also, if anybody does not make you make money, you do not have to press to him so that it makes you make money, but must dismiss it.
In the world of the insurances, just as in other many branches, the commercial ones are independent or the majority of its pay depends on its sales. If this were thus in bank, it would not be necessary to press people to sell. Once known whatever it is necessary to sell to be pleased the pay, the one that is not pleased it, that is dismissed, but to the rest it is not necessary to press to him until the limit, because we have verified that can make you lose much money. There will be one who works until at night by more money, but also is allowed the one that is satisfied to a pay and taken care of faithful clients good.
With respect to the second culprit, the legislation, it does not deserve commentaries, since nor the hypothecating law has modified, nor the law of the ground, reason why everything could return to happen.
