9/03/2009 Fusions between Political-Directive boxes
We are attending a fight between Managers and Politicians of Savings banks, because you will ask yourselves, because very easy because all want to maintain their chair and its niche of being able.
If two boxes of the same geographic zone megre there are overlappings in positions (offices, direcivos,…) whereas those are the politicians of that same region that distribute the pie.
If those that megre they are two boxes of different region, there are no so many positions (offices, managers,…) sly. If there will be excess in central services, but the network of offices will continue having its zone of origin and the managers necessary to send it. To the politicians nevertheless they do not like because they lose influence, although in the two the same party has majority (the PSC is not the PSG, neither the PSE, nor either the PSE of Andalusia).
For that reason we attended “disinterested� manager commentaries of boxes that show their preference to megre with organizations of of another independent community and politicians who interest to them that they are of the same community.
As we see all the criteria that are being followed for the fusions are economic… If the thing is being put bad, with this criterion it will be put worse. Â
