ACS
ACS is a construction group that has reached a position of reference in the development, construction and management of infrastructures. The acquisition of a significant participation of the Group Dredgings in 2002, extended in March of 2003 through launching of a Public Supply of Acquisition of action by an additional 10% of the capital, until locating the participation in a 33.5%, and the later fusion of both companies in December of that same year positioned to Group ACS like the leader in Spanish market and one of the most important companies of the sector in Europe.
