Telecinco constituted day 10 of March of 1989 and initiated its emissions in test the 3 of March of 1990. The main line of activity of the group is the operation of the advertizing space of the television network that operates. Telecinco at the moment maintains its structure of capital with Mediaset like main shareholder, with 50.1% of the share capital and Vocento, with a 13.0% of the share capital.
